Operations Coordinator with CRM Expertise

Salary: $1,5000 USD/month + 13th-month pay
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9 AM - 6 PM EST

Role Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented, tech-savvy Operations Coordinator with strong CRM expertise and analytical skills to support our operations team. You will be responsible for managing workflows, ensuring data accuracy, and optimizing processes across multiple platforms.

This role is perfect for someone who is highly organized, adaptable, and thrives in a fast-paced environment while working closely with sales leadership and operations teams to improve efficiency and deliver actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities:

CRM Management & Process Optimization:
- Manage workflows and maintain dashboards within CRM tools (Monday.com preferred; training provided).
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness to support operational needs.
- Train and support team members in CRM best practices to maximize efficiency.

Data Management & Reporting:
- Collect, organize, and analyze data from tools such as LinkedIn and other CRMs.
- Generate reports and insights to support decision-making and improve workflows.
- Cross-check data across systems to ensure nothing is overlooked.

Operational & Administrative Support:
- Assist in tracking outreach campaigns, responses, and follow-ups to maintain engagement.
- Serve as a liaison between leadership and support teams, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Maintain real-time dashboards for tracking project status, progress, and performance metrics.

Proactive Problem Solving & Process Improvement
- Identify inefficiencies in operational workflows and recommend solutions.
- Stay adaptable in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, ensuring smooth execution of tasks.

What We’re Looking For:

Required Skills & Experience:
- Flawless English Communication – Must have excellent spoken and written English with minimal accent (U.S.-client communication required).
- CRM Expertise – Experience with tools like Monday.com, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRMs.
- Data Management & Analysis – Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for reporting and trend analysis.
- Extreme Attention to Detail – Ability to manage and cross-check large sets of data accurately.
- Highly Organized & Process-Oriented – Strong time management skills, ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Self-Starter & Reliable – Ability to work independently in a remote setup and meet deadlines consistently.

Preferred Skills (Bonus, but Not Required):
- Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or outreach tools.
- Familiarity with Expandi or similar automation tools.
- Background in operations, sales support, or marketing coordination.
Technical & Work Requirements:
- Stable internet connection with backup power.
- Functional webcam & headset for daily video calls.
- Professional background for video interactions.
