JOB OVERVIEW

We are a fast growing digital agency that assists businesses remove adverse online content,
such as business reviews. Our focus is providing a transparent solution (no removal, no fee), to
repair businesses online reputations. As we scale, we are looking for an experienced and
motivated Operations & Account Manager to join our great team, ensuring smooth operations
while building strong client relationships.

Role Overview

As Operations & Client Manager, you will serve as the key point of contact for our clients,
assisting with client onboarding, project updates, billing and on-going account management. In
addition, this role is pivotal in refining and implementing efficient and streamlined project
management processes, as we scale.

Key Responsibilities

Client Management
- Act as the primary contact for assigned clients, building and maintaining strong
relationships.
- Ensure smooth onboarding for new clients, and manage handoffs from the sales team.
- Provide regular updates on reputation management campaigns; status, outcomes and
deliverables.
- Manage account billing.

Project Management
- Implement and refine improved workflows, processes & systems to optimize project
delivery and drive internal efficiencies.

Revenue Growth
- Analyze client accounts and identify potential revenue opportunities.
- Work closely with the sales team to pitch and secure new business from existing clients.

Team Collaboration
- Liaise between clients and internal teams to ensure alignment and seamless execution
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement in project delivery, client satisfaction and and
internal efficiency.

Requirements

Experiences
- 3+ years of experience in account management and operations management, preferably
in a digital agency setting
- Demonstrated ability to manage a high volume of clients and projects seamlessly.

Skills
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Proficient in project management and workflow automation tools such as; Asana,
Upgrade to see actual info, Airtable, Trello or Zapier.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to identify growth opportunities and provide data-driven
recommendations.
- Solid understanding of the digital marketing & agency field.
- Proactive, solution-oriented, and client-focused.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented and strong critical thinking ability.
