JOB OVERVIEW

Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Virtual Assistant to assist with data entry, and basic order and invoice management. The ideal candidate will have experience with retail / wholesale sales bookkeeping, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:
- Use Microsoft Excel to create basic tables, reports, and utilize formulas like VLOOKUP for data analysis.
- Perform accurate data entry of large amounts of information.
- Assist with order and invoice entry using accounting software.

Qualifications:
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Sage, or other accounting software.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
- Knowledge of basic financial principles.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Good organizational and time management skills.

Desired Qualities:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in creating reports and managing financial data.
- Effective communication and responsiveness.


Requirements:
- Must have unlimited internet access with a minimum speed of 20 Mbps.
- Ability to work full-time, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST.
