JOB OVERVIEW

We are a property management company operating in San Francisco Bay Area in California.
We are seeking a skilled Operations Assistant Manager to join our firm.
The ideal candidate should have years of experience with a US property management company, focusing on full-time property management (not vacation rentals, VRBO, or short-term rentals).

This position requires exceptional organizational and communication skills. The ability to prioritize tasks, work independently, and handle multiple projects is essential. The successful candidate will also possess strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

SKILLS REQUIRED FOR THIS ROLE:
- Extensive experience in all aspects of Property Management
- RENTVINE software experience is a MUST
- Should have knowledge in using LEADSIMPLE and TENANT TURNER
- Knowledge of Zoho One Applications is a PLUS
