Operations Assistant

The position is full-time, Monday through Friday, and allows for remote work at Pacific Time.

Requirements:
• Customer Service Experience (At least 1 year)
• With/Without VA Experience (Open for All)
• Laptop is a Must (but certain tools would be provided by the company)
• Average to Good English Language Skills
• Not afraid of Math
• Technology savvy - we're a technology forward company!
• Willingness to be Coached for improvements

Your day-to-day responsibilities is as follows:
• Order Fulfillment
• Communicating with Customers regarding Orders (Updates, Delivery Time, Tracking Information etc.)
• Managing Ticket Pipelines and Inboxes
• Performing routine tasks related order fulfillment
• Reviewing and Identifying Special requests from placed orders
• Assistance with vendor evaluation and selection
• Submitting purchase orders via electronic transmission, email, or vendor website
• Coordinating with other teams to ensure timely delivery of orders
