JOB OVERVIEW

What we’re looking for

Didero (www.didero.ai) is seeking to hire dynamic Operations Analysts to join our rapidly-growing operations team in the Philippines. The ideal candidate will excel in the execution of various initiatives across customer and product operations – including managing complex procurement activities, ensuring seamless integration with our platform, and driving operational excellence to deliver value and high satisfaction to our customers. This role offers a unique opportunity for ambitious individuals to learn and develop professionally within a global startup environment.

Responsibilities

(1) Customer operations

Onboarding: Facilitate the onboarding process of new customers by ensuring our platform is setup and integrated with their procurement data and systems
Order management: Oversee the entire order process from placement to fulfillment, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products and services
Sourcing: Support sourcing projects by conducting market research, evaluating suppliers, and assisting in negotiations
Supplier onboarding: Facilitate document matching (PO, invoice, and goods receipt, etc.) and resolve discrepancies to ensure timely and accurate payments to suppliers
Procurement data analysis: Classify and facilitate the onboarding of new vendors, ensuring compliance with company standards and requirements
A/P reconciliation: Conduct three-way matching of customer spend to identify trends, cost-saving opportunities, and strategic insights
(2) Product operations

Data validation: Perform entry, cleaning, and validation of procurement data to ensure accuracy and consistency of information across different systems in a timely manner
Research support: Conduct ad hoc research to support business development, product development, and operational improvements
Engineering support: Collaborate with technical teams (AI engineers, data scientists, software engineers) to support the development of our product, e.g., AI data labeling
Requirements

(1) Experience

Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
2+ years of experience in a procurement or purchasing role, preferably across a variety of industries and geographies
Demonstrated experience in execution of complex procurement processes — including order management, strategic sourcing, supplier management, A/P reconciliation, etc.
Proven track record of succeeding in a high-pressure, fast-growing tech startup environment is a plus
(2) Skills

Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and effectively to diverse audiences
Interpersonal: Strong interpersonal skills, capable of building and maintaining positive relationships with team members, suppliers, and customers
Problem solving: Advanced analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to data accuracy
Negotiation: Skilled in negotiation techniques, able to effectively manage supplier relationships and secure favorable terms
Data proficiency: Expert in data management tools such as Excel and Google Sheets, with advanced knowledge of data analysis techniques
Technical proficiency: Proficient in ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, Oracle), particularly in the procurement and accounting functionalities
AI proficiency: Familiarity with AI tools and automation platforms (e.g., ChatGPT, Perplexity AI, Zapier) and how to leverage them to improve procurement processes
(3) Mindset
