We are looking for an Operations Administrator to join our team! This role is essential in providing top-notch customer support while managing key operational tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day functions. The ideal candidate will bring a balance of technical expertise, strong organizational skills, and a passion for delivering excellent service.
Core Hours & Benefits:
Core Hours: Monday - Friday, 10am - 6pm US Pacific Time
Additional Hours: Saturday - Sunday, Up to 4 hours/day
Base Salary: PHP 40,000 monthly depending on experience

Location: Philippines (Remote)
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Support:
- Handle and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues via phone, chat, and
- Address customer concerns related to orders, billing, and proxy services.
- Provide technical support to clients and proxy users.
Operational Tasks:
- Manage billing and invoicing processes, ensuring timely invoices and payments.
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and suppliers.
- Source new leads and onboard new clients and hosts.
- Maintain detailed records of support interactions and operational tasks.
- Provide general administrative support as needed.
Requirements:
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience in customer support
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to efficiently resolve customer complaints and issues.
- Organizational Skills: Highly organized, reliable, and detail-oriented.
- Work Ethic: Self-motivated, independent, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Other requirements preferred:
- Technical Skills: Strong technical background with understanding of IP, networking, and development.
