Compensation

1. Base Pay:

• $200 per month, paid on the 1st of each month plus BONUS.

2. Revenue Share Bonus:

• In addition to the base pay, the Operations Manager will receive 5% of the company’s monthly revenue exceeding $10,000.

• Example:

• If monthly revenue is $15,000:

• Revenue above $10,000 = $5,000.

• Bonus = $5,000 x 5% = $250.

• Total monthly compensation = $200 + $250 = $450.

3. Revenue Share Cap:

• The revenue share bonus will be capped at a maximum of $1,000 per month.

4. Payment Schedule:

• Revenue share payments will be made monthly, along with the base pay, after revenue reports are finalized.



Roles and Responsibilities



The Operations Manager will perform the following tasks while working in parallel with AI tools like Sinatra.ai to maximize efficiency and reduce repetitive tasks:



Content Creation & Video Editing

• Collaborate with AI tools (e.g., Galaxy AI) for video editing and thumbnail creation.

• Finalize and refine AI-generated video content to ensure quality and brand alignment.

• Schedule and upload videos to platforms like YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok.



Social Media Management

• Use AI platforms to generate initial drafts for social media captions, content ideas, and post scheduling.

• Review, edit, and enhance AI-generated posts to align with the company’s voice and goals.

• Engage with followers by responding to comments, questions, and direct messages.

• Track social media metrics and implement strategies to grow engagement and reach.



Paid Advertising Management

• Use tools like Sinatra.ai to generate and set up Facebook Ads campaigns.

• Optimize AI-generated ad copy, targeting, and visuals for better performance.

• Conduct A/B testing and oversee ad performance metrics (e.g., click-through rates, conversions).

• Prepare reports on ad performance and recommend strategies to improve ROI.



Website Maintenance

• Collaborate with AI tools for creating and updating website content, blog posts, and multimedia.

• Perform manual quality checks to ensure the website remains professional and user-friendly.



AI Tools & Automation

• Manage and oversee AI platforms to automate repetitive tasks like content generation, scheduling, and lead management.

• Provide human input to fine-tune AI outputs for accuracy and creativity.

• Identify and manually address any gaps in AI workflows that require human oversight.




Analytics & Reporting

• Use analytics tools and AI-generated reports to track business performance metrics, including revenue, social media growth, and website traffic.

• Summarize data into actionable insights and provide weekly reports to the company owner.



Administrative Support

• Handle email communications, meeting scheduling, and task prioritization.

• Coordinate with freelancers or contractors for additional support when needed.



Assurance of AI Integration

• The Operations Manager will have access to advanced AI tools, including Sinatra.ai, Galaxy AI, and other platforms, to alleviate repetitive and time-consuming tasks.

• These tools will provide drafts, suggestions, and automated workflows, allowing the Operations Manager to focus on strategy, optimization, and higher-level tasks.

Performance Reviews

Confidentiality & Ownership

• All work performed by the Operations Manager is the property of [Your LLC Name].

• The Operations Manager agrees to maintain confidentiality of all business information and proprietary processes.



Termination Policy

• Either party may terminate this agreement with a 14-day written notice.

• If terminated, all pending payments (base and revenue share) will be paid on the final payment date.
