We are looking for someone from cost effective countries.

We are seeking a results-driven Operational Manager to help lead and scale our performance marketing efforts across Meta and Google Ads platforms. As a startup, many of our processes will need to be built from the ground up, so we need someone who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead, manage, and optimize large-scale performance marketing ad rollouts.
- Collaborate with and manage media buyers, copywriters, and video editors to ensure high-quality ad campaigns.
Set up processes, SOPs, and implement process management tools like Monday.com from scratch.
- Leverage your media buying experience to optimize ads for higher ROI, focusing on metrics like CTR, ROI, CPM, etc.
Motivate and coach your team to consistently meet and exceed KPIs.
- Create training materials and guides to support team development and onboarding.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in performance marketing management, with hands-on experience in Meta and Google Ads.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to build processes and frameworks from the ground up in a startup environment.
- Experience working closely with media buyers, copywriters, and video editors to create and optimize ad content.
- Practical knowledge of media buying, ad optimization, and performance analysis.
- Excellent communication and motivational skills, with a track record of leading teams to success.
- Familiarity with Monday.com or similar process management tools is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and manage remote teams effectively.

This is a remote, full-time position, and requires full focus and dedication.
