**Job Description:**
Rig Fab is seeking a skilled Operational AI Engineer to develop and integrate AI solutions that improve our operational workflows and decision-making processes. The ideal candidate will be a problem-solver with a robust technical background in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and data analysis. You will play a critical role in transforming our operations through technology, making them smarter, faster, and more efficient.

**Responsibilities:**
- Design, build, and deploy AI systems that automate and optimize Rig Fab’s operations.
- Collaborate with operational teams to identify areas for AI integration and enhancement.
- Develop machine learning models to predict, improve, and automate decision-making processes.
- Ensure the robustness, scalability, and reliability of AI solutions.
- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in AI and machine learning technologies.
- Document and present AI development processes and results to stakeholders across the company.
- Work closely with the IT department to ensure infrastructure compatibility with AI deployments.

**Qualifications:**
- Strong experience in AI and machine learning, including hands-on experience with machine learning libraries and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch).
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or Scala.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and understanding of scalable computing systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a dynamic and agile environment.
- Effective communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical details to non-technical stakeholders.
- BSc or MSc in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
