About the Role:

We're looking for a highly motivated and organized Virtual Assistant (VA) to join our growing team and manage our Tiktok Shop. You'll be responsible for a variety of tasks, including:

Product Listing & Management: Create high-quality product listings with accurate descriptions, images, and pricing.
Order Processing & Customer Service: Efficiently process customer orders, answer inquiries, and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
Content Creation & Management: Assist with creating engaging video content for our Tiktok Shop.
Campaign Management: Monitor and analyze the performance of our Tiktok Shop campaigns and suggest improvements.
Stay Up-to-Date: Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in Tiktok Shop management.
Qualifications:

Proven experience managing an online store on Tiktok Shop
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.)
Familiarity with social media management tools a plus
