We are currently looking for an Online Sales Agent to join our team and work from home! Our ideal candidate will have a high level of typing English skills, as well as the ability to quickly learn and adapt in a fast paced environment. If you possess these qualities, then this job is perfect for you!

You will be responsible for managing customer inquiries and providing excellent customer service. You need to be able to think on your feet; be patient and courteous when dealing with customers; provide accurate, timely responses; and follow through with customers until their problems are resolved.

You must also be comfortable using technology such as laptops, tablets, phones, etc., as well as working from home using virtual communication. Ability to use a variety of software applications is a plus.
