Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Online Marketplace & Ad Specialist to create and manage high-performing ad campaigns and optimize online platforms for our product and service offerings. The ideal candidate will have expertise in digital advertising, online sales platforms, and customer acquisition strategies. Initially project-based, this role has the potential to transition into a full-time position based on measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:
-Ad Campaign Setup and Optimization
-Design and launch advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
-Target key demographics and optimize campaigns to maximize ROI and conversions.
-Monitor and adjust ad performance using analytics tools such as Facebook Pixel and Google Analytics.
-Landing Page and Content Creation
-Develop high-converting landing pages and promotional materials using WordPress or similar platforms.
-Ensure pages are visually appealing, mobile-friendly, and conversion-focused.
-Collaborate on compelling ad copy and visuals in line with brand identity.
-Online Marketplace Management
-Optimize and manage listings on platforms such as Shopify, Etsy, and Amazon.
-Implement strategies to enhance visibility, sales, and customer engagement on these platforms.

Customer Engagement and Outreach
-Develop and implement affiliate, influencer, and user-generated content (UGC) programs.
-Manage collaborations with influencers and affiliates to drive revenue and brand awareness.
-Event Marketing
-Support online and in-person events, including promotional campaigns and sales strategies.

Qualifications:
-Proven experience in digital advertising and online marketplace management.
-Proficiency in platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, WordPress, Shopify, Etsy, Meta, TikTok
-Strong analytical skills to monitor and optimize campaigns.
-Excellent communication skills for collaboration and audience targeting.
-Familiarity with advanced retargeting strategies and customer segmentation.

Preferred Skills:
-Google Ads certifications and experience with Google Tag Manager.
-Adobe Suite skills for ad and content creation.
-Canva
-SEO knowledge

Compensation:
-Project base for 10 days - $200
-Potential for Full-Time Based on Results
