Job Summary: The Online Marketing Specialist will be responsible for enrolling and managing Softvire product listings across various online marketplaces. This role involves ensuring accurate and appealing product presentations, optimizing listings for maximum visibility, and maintaining up-to-date information. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and experience with e-commerce platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Enrollment:
Oversee the enrollment process for Softvire products on online marketplaces such as eBay.
Ensure all necessary product information, specifications, and images are accurately entered and presented.
Listing Management:
Create, update, and maintain product listings, ensuring they are optimized for search and customer engagement.
Monitor listings for accuracy, pricing, and stock availability, making adjustments as needed.
Handle version control and updates for product descriptions, images, and other relevant details.
Marketplace Optimization:
Utilize best practices for e-commerce to enhance product visibility and sales performance.
Conduct keyword research and apply insights to improve listing titles, descriptions, and tags.
Customer Support:
Respond to customer inquiries and issues related to product listings on various marketplaces.
Coordinate with the customer service team to resolve any listing-related problems.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
Analyze performance data for product listings and generate reports to support strategic decisions.
Identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement in product presentation and sales.
Collaboration:
Work closely with the marketing, sales, and product development teams to ensure alignment and support overall business goals.

Qualifications:
*Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
*Proven experience in managing product listings on e-commerce platforms like eBay.
*Strong understanding of SEO and e-commerce best practices.
*Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
*Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
*Proficient in using e-commerce tools and software.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with other online marketplaces such as Ebay, etc.
