Online Marketer (Highly Experienced)

We're hiring a highly experienced marketer who can hit the ground running and scale up our marketing efforts for a financial product offer (think credit cards, bank accounts, etc.). You’ll be responsible for generating 100% of the new leads for this offer, which is already performing well.

This is NOT the role for you if you need someone to hold your hand and tell you what to do. You need to be able to generate leads entirely on your own. Our team will help you with ideation, but you’ll be 100% responsible for all execution.

You'll have a budget of $0 to work with, so you'll need to focus 100% on organic traffic sources. If your only experience is in a corporate setting where you have a substantial budget and a team to support you, this may not be the role for you.

REQUIREMENTS
- Expert knowledge of generating organic traffic from scratch
- Expert knowledge of using email, Reddit and other outside-the-box traffic sources to generate leads
- North American work experience is a major plus
- Personality: a scrappy, super creative marketer who stops at nothing to get results

SALARY
This is a commission-only role that rewards high performers extremely well.

You’ll earn $20 for every confirmed lead. An experienced all-star marketer should be able to generate at least 100 leads per month ($2,000 per month in commissions), and our goal is to get you to at least 1,000 leads per month ($20,000 per month in commissions).

IMPORTANT: If you’re not an all-star marketer with a proven track record, don’t waste your time applying here. This role is not for newbs or anyone who isn't seriously impressive.
