Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer requests via
- Provide prompt and accurate solutions according to our policy
- Log tickets on Google sheets & communicate with suppliers
- Proactively contribute to the improvement of our CS processes
You must be:
- Fluent in written and verbal English
- Minimum 2 years CS Experience (Experience in Shopify Fashion Dropshipping CS is preferred)
- Experienced in platforms like Reamaze (or Zendesk/Freshdesk/Gorgias)
- Highly organized, motivated, and willing to learn and grow
- Problem-solving & Customer-oriented
- Able to work up to 6 hours/day during UK day time (GMT+0), including weekends
