Job Responsibilities:
Assist customers through online channels such as Chat, Email, Facebook, Shopee, etc.

Respond to inquiries and provide product/service recommendations based on customer needs.

Process orders and guide customers through purchases, returns, and exchanges.

Handle customer complaints professionally and efficiently.
