Key Responsibilities:
• Engage in text-based conversations with clients in a professional and personable manner.
• Respond to messages in a timely and consistent manner, maintaining a high level of engagement.
• Understand client preferences and tailor conversations to meet their expectations.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Keep track of ongoing conversations and follow up with clients as necessary.

Qualifications:
• Strong communication skills, particularly in written form.
• Ability to manage multiple conversations simultaneously.
• Empathy and emotional intelligence to understand and respond to client needs.
• High level of discretion and professionalism.
• Experience in customer service or online engagement roles is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Payment and Schedule:
The work schedule will be 6-7 Days a week with each shift lasting 8 hours.
The Payment will be a hybrid pay between commission and an hourly wage.
