Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Online Business Manager (OBM) to join our dynamic team, a fractional COO, online business management, and executive assistant agency. Our mission is to help multiple six-figure to eight-figure clients grow and scale their businesses by streamlining their operations, managing day-to-day tasks, and driving strategic growth initiatives. Key Responsibilities

Systems Management
Conduct GAP analyses to identify inefficiencies and implement improvements.
Serve as the team’s tech guru, staying ahead of the curve with emerging technologies.
Design and implement automations, workflows, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Create and optimize process maps using tools like Miro, Figjam, or Lucid Chart.
Maintain a streamlined approach to systems management, ensuring clarity and consistency.

Project Management
Map out projects from ideation to completion, incorporating analytics and progress tracking.
Utilize a project management platform (ClickUp preferred) to organize and oversee tasks.
Hold team members accountable for deliverables and deadlines, ensuring seamless execution.
Conduct regular updates and reviews to track progress and optimize project outcomes.

Team Management
Oversee hiring processes, including drafting job descriptions, screening candidates, and onboarding.
Manage HR processes, ensuring compliance and a positive team culture.
Provide leadership and mentorship to team members, fostering professional growth.

Launch Management
Plan and execute successful course and product launches for clients.
Develop detailed launch plans, incorporating all aspects from ideation to post-launch analytics.
Collaborate with clients to ensure all assets, deliverables, and strategies are aligned for success.
Utilize and manage teams during launches to ensure smooth and profitable execution.

Required Skills & Expertise
Proven experience in systems and operations management, with a strong focus on process optimization and efficiency.
Demonstrated proficiency in project management and ability to track progress, meet deadlines, and deliver results.
Strong leadership skills with experience in team management and HR processes.
Expertise in planning and executing launches for digital courses, products, or services.
Certified Online Business Manager (OBM) preferred, with proof of certification required.

Required Technical Skills
Go High Level
ClickUp (or similar project management platforms)
Make.io/Zapier (non-negotiable)
Process Mapping Tools: Miro, Figjam, Lucid Chart
ChatGPT: Ability to craft effective prompts and maximize outputs.
Dubsado for client workflows and CRM management.
Stripe for payment processing and reporting.
Squarespace for website updates and integrations.

Preferred Qualities
