This is a full time job which requires 40 hours a week. Our company is growing fast, and we need young talent who are willing to grow with us. In the near future we will hire a buying manager and a VA manager. We would like to promote within so there are many opportunities.

- Our average sourcers make $5 per hour!!
- Earn Bonuses every month based on your leads found!
- Current high performing VA's make $6-10 per hour
- Chance to earn up to $10 per hour down the road as a Manager

You will be required to find 10 new flips per day using different sourcing methods. I am looking for someone with great knowledge in sourcing. You must have prior experience. It takes 2 months+ to train a new employee, therefore I want only experienced people with Online Arbitrage.

You must already know how to use various sourcing methods.
