Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM PST (1-hour break, two 15-minute breaks)
Days Off: Saturday & Sunday

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated Onboarding/Retention Specialist to join our team. This role focuses on providing excellent customer service, guiding clients through the onboarding process, and implementing effective retention strategies. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication, organizational, and conflict resolution skills to ensure client satisfaction and long-term engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Proactively contact business clients to build relationships and walk them through the onboarding process.
Ensure customers maximize the value of our products and services by providing necessary tools and resources.
Develop and improve customer onboarding processes and service policies.
Create resources to help customers fully understand and utilize company offerings.
Monitor contract renewal dates and persuade clients to renew their contracts.
Upsell and cross-sell by recommending additional products or services.
Gather customer feedback to improve products and services and share insights with management.
Provide high-level technical and product support to clients.
Communicate with clients and sales representatives to address concerns and improve customer satisfaction.
Analyze customer behavior and develop strategies to enhance retention.
Investigate and resolve customer complaints efficiently.
Negotiate with customers to maintain contracts and business relationships.
Collaborate with the sales team to propose and implement retention solutions.
Prepare and present reports on customer behavior and retention metrics.
Foster positive relationships with customers and business associates.
