What You’ll Do
Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new hires.
Conduct live training sessions and assist with paperwork.
Collaborate with the Customer Success Manager for seamless agent and client onboarding.
Provide progress updates to the Team Lead and Recruitment Manager.
Support client onboarding as needed.
What We’re Looking For
Experience:
1–2 years in Customer Service Onboarding.
3–5 years in BPO Customer Service.
Virtual Assistant experience (preferred).
Skills:
Proficiency in E-Commerce tools (e.g., Gorgias, Shopify, Zendesk).
Knowledge of CRM/project management tools like HubSpot and
Strong communication and organizational skills.
A self-starter with the ability to coach and engage effectively.
Technical Requirements:
Internet: DSL, Cable, or Fiber (20 Mbps minimum).
Tools: Gmail and Slack.
