Job Overview:
As an Onboarding Specialist, you will play a critical role in setting up new clients on various software platforms, creating automations, and ensuring a seamless onboarding process. Your work will lay the foundation for our team to effectively manage and optimize client accounts.
What you will do:
- Manage comprehensive client onboarding across multiple digital platforms
- Set up and configure client accounts on the following platforms:
- Google Suite (Analytics, Search Console, Google Ads, Drive)
- Social Media Platforms
- Project Management: ClickUp
- Website Platform: WordPress
- Manage accounts in Agency Analytics, BrightLocal, and Local Falcon
- Create and implement automation processes to enhance onboarding efficiency
- Develop standardized onboarding procedures from client intake forms
- Ensure consistent account setup and configuration for smooth team handoff

Our ideal candidate will be or have:
- Proven experience in client onboarding or account management within a digital marketing context.
- Proficiency with Google Suite and social media platforms.
- Familiarity with the software listed above is essential; specific knowledge of Agency Analytics, BrightLocal, and Local Falcon is a plus.
- Strong attention to d??etail.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple client setups simultaneously.
