We are looking for a hardworking Onboarding Administrator! The Onboarding Administrator plays a crucial role in supporting the customer journey by efficiently processing sales orders and facilitating administrative onboarding functions. This role involves close collaboration with internal teams to ensure a smooth and timely onboarding experience for new clients. This is a full-time, entry-level position with great potential for advancement to the right employee(s). We are a digital signage and technology company based in the US.
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm US EST (8pm - 5am Manila Time).
Responsibilities:
1) Sales Order Processing:
- Review and process incoming sales orders, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Enter sales order data into the system (e.g., NetSuite) and generate cases.
- Track and monitor sales order progress, communicating escalations and updates to relevant stakeholders.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any sales order discrepancies or issues.
2) Onboarding Support:
- Send templated welcome packages and onboarding materials to new clients.
- Assist with the collection and verification of client information.
- Create and maintain client records in the system.
- Coordinate onboarding schedules and logistics with internal teams.
- Provide administrative support for onboarding activities.
3) Administrative Duties:
- Respond to internal inquiries regarding sales orders and onboarding processes.
- Maintain and update onboarding documentation, reporting, and tracking reports.
- Assist with other administrative tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in a support or administrative role.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems (e.g., NetSuite) and other relevant software tools like Google.
- 2 Monitors as well as backup internet and power options for efficiency.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
