On-call Appointment Setter (inbound leads)

The work will mainly consist of calling and scheduling leads within 1-2 minutes of receiving them. (the leads are inbound)

You'll be paid a base monthly of $300 (CAD) and then $15 per qualified appointment scheduled. We will provide all of the training, but you need a good computer, internet connection, and microphone.

There's a lot of free time for this position since it's very part-time, so if you wanna do another job with another company then that's fine as long as you can still do this. And there are no set vacation days; as long as you can replace yourself, you can go on vacation whenever you want. (Potential to become full-time later)

DISCLAIMER: You will have to call leads between 8am and 8pm ET, and you will still have to make calls on the weekend (negotiable), but your weekend workload will be a lot less than on weekdays.

I'm looking for someone with excellent communication skills, emotional intelligence, and natural tonality. Idc about accents.
