Position Overview: We are seeking a passionate and attentive Airbnb Guest Communicator to join our team. This role is pivotal in ensuring that guests have an exceptional travel experience, from the
Key Responsibilities:
Guest Interaction: Communicate efficiently and promptly with prospective and existing guests to answer questions, address concerns, and provide recommendations.
Booking Management: Confirm reservations, manage booking modifications, cancellations, and communicate house rules.
Enhance Guest Experience: Provide guests with tailored recommendations such as local attractions, events, dining options, and any other information that will enhance their stay.
Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from guests post-stay and communicate it with the host team to continually improve the guest experience.
Basic knowledge in Excel is required, as this role involves administrative tasks related to guest ID and stay requirements.
Conflict Resolution: Address and resolve any guest-related issues or disputes in a timely and professional manner.

Qualifications:
Prior experience in a customer service, hospitality, or communication role.
Proven experience in Airbnb.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Advanced (C1 - C2) – High level of English proficiency is required.
Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus, but not required.
Ability to handle stressful situations with poise and professionalism.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
An understanding of diverse cultures and a passion for creating inclusive experiences.
