Rate: $7-$8/hr Plus performance-based bonuses, and earn up to 79,000 PHP +/month plus Bonuses.


Schedule:
Monday Friday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM PST with 30-min paid lunch break, unpaid breaks


Qualifications:
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in a GTM management role with a proven track record of leading high-performing sales or sales support teams.
- Coaching and Mentoring: Demonstrated expertise in developing talent, providing effective feedback, and fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.
- Sales Acumen: Deep understanding of sales processes, pipeline management, prospecting strategies, and the principles of successful go-to-market execution.
- Data-Driven Approach: Strong analytical skills, utilizing metrics to drive team performance and make informed decisions.
- Excellent Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, effectively interacting with teaUpgrade to see actual infombers, senior management, and cross-functional stakeholders
- Leadership: Natural ability to motivate, inspire, and hold teaUpgrade to see actual infombers accountable to achieve ambitious goals.


Responsibilities:
- Team Development and Coaching: Hire, onboard, and continuously mentor a team of SDRs/BDRs, Business Analysts, Inside Sales Account Executives, Salesforce Admins, and other GTM specialists. Conduct regular one-on-one meetings, provide constructive feedback, and set clear performance expectations.
- Performance Management: Establish individual and team KPIs and targets. Monitor team performance against goals, implement corrective actions with underperformers, and champion top performers. Proactively identify and address performance gaps for early intervention and remediation.
- Sales Enablement: Design, deliver, and update sales enablement programs that ensure teaUpgrade to see actual infombers possess strong product knowledge, and sales skills, and utilize best practices.
- Process Optimization: Analyze team workflow, identify bottlenecks, and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and drive higher levels of productivity.
- Reporting and Data Analysis: Regularly track and analyze important sales metrics. Provide clear and insightful reports to senior management on the team's performance, pipeline, and overall GTM health.
- Proactive Problem-Solving: Anticipate potential issues or challenges proactively address them to minimize disruptions to team performance and goal achievement. Collaborate with other departments to resolve cross-functional issues.
