About the Role
TMS Web Design + Development is looking for an Expert SEO Specialist with 5+ years of experience in On-Page, Technical, Local, and Content SEO. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing SEO strategies across multiple client websites, conducting in-depth audits, and delivering measurable results such as keyword and organic traffic growth.

- This is a full-time employment opportunity, where the specialist will be hired as a direct employee, not as a freelancer or contractor.
- The employee will work exclusively under the company’s direction, policies, and employment terms.
- The employee must personally perform all assigned work and may not subcontract, delegate, or engage any third party to complete tasks on their behalf.

Key Responsibilities
- On-Page SEO
- Optimize title tags, meta descriptions, headings, and multimedia for search rankings and user engagement.
- Conduct regular audits to enhance page speed, keyword optimization, and content effectiveness.

Technical SEO
- Perform comprehensive technical audits to resolve crawlability, site speed, structured data, and mobile responsiveness issues.
- Optimize website architecture, XML sitemaps, robots.txt, and SSL configurations for search engine performance.

Local SEO
- Manage and optimize Google Business Profile listings, local citations, and GBP posts.
- Develop local keyword strategies to improve visibility in target geographic areas.

Content SEO
- Conduct detailed keyword research based on user intent and industry trends.
- Work with content teams to integrate SEO best practices into blogs, landing pages, and website copy.

Monitoring & Reporting
- Track SEO performance using tools like SEMrush, Google Analytics, and Google Search Console.
- Deliver detailed reports with insights and actionable recommendations for improvement.

Experience & Qualifications
- Minimum of 5+ years of hands-on SEO experience with a strong track record of measurable results.
- Proven success in increasing organic rankings, website traffic, and conversions.
- Portfolio/examples must include past projects and metrics demonstrating impact.
- Screenshots of websites, GBP profiles, etc., without performance metrics will be ignored.

Technical Expertise
- Proficiency in SEMrush (required), Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Yoast.
- Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and website architecture to provide actionable SEO insights.

Analytical & Soft Skills
- Data-driven mindset with exceptional problem-solving skills.
- Ability to translate complex SEO data into clear, strategic recommendations.
