Job Description:
As a Homecare On-Call Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and caregivers outside of regular business hours. Your primary responsibility will be to coordinate and manage all aspects of homecare services efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Respond promptly to all incoming calls from clients and caregivers, addressing their needs or concerns.
• Coordinate and schedule caregivers to ensure uninterrupted care for our clients.
• Maintain clear and accurate records of all communications and actions taken.
• Demonstrate a high level of problem-solving skills to handle emergencies or unexpected situations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and healthcare regulations.
Requirements:
• Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
• Excellent communication skills with a professional accent and clear articulation.
• Proven track record of reliability in attendance and punctuality.
• Experience in a coordination role, preferably within the healthcare sector.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in using computer systems and healthcare software.
Qualifications:
• Education in healthcare administration is a plus.
• Previous experience in homecare or a similar healthcare setting is preferred.
