Office Secretary

Salary Range: 14,000 - 16,000 pesos/month
Tasks and Responsibilities:
Performing administrative duties including answering phones, responding to client’s inquiries in different social media channels
Tracking daily operations and reporting, resolving issues
Help owner/s manage day-to-day operations
Ensure deliverables are met on time
Assist Warehouse department in picking and delivering stocks
Help in receiving incoming shipments and keep accurate record
Make recommendations for business performance improvement
Communicate relevant updates to owner
Must be able to make some decisions with confidence and autonomy
Work with the company leaders to define and come up with plans for new products, initiatives, and services
Need to attend meetings representing the business owner and the company
Maintain accurate records, files, and documents for easy access.Example receipts from supplier, invoices from customer etc.
Should be able to quote customers shipping prices etc.
Assisting in the preparation of customer orders and shipping documents, such as delivery receipt.
Other Responsibilities:

Minimum Qualifications
Candidate must possess a Bachelor's/College Degree of any field
Maintain a positive attitude
Prior experience handling administrative responsibilities and/or handling service office is an advantage
Tech-savvy and has proficient computer skills, including Google Docs/Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Excellent interpersonal skills
Dynamic learner: Adept at navigating new challenges and tasks
Outstanding customer service skills
Self-starter and independent
Honest and trustworthy
Willing to work in Tondo, Manila
