We are seeking an organized, proactive, and tech-savvy Office Manager to oversee operations, streamline processes, and support our team. This role ensures smooth daily functions, team coordination, and client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
3+ years in office management, customer service, or business operations.
Tech-Savvy – CRM, scheduling tools, G-Suite, and AI automation.
Leadership & Communication – Strong team management, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
Team & Process Management – Lead office staff, optimize workflows, and improve efficiency.
Client Service & Retention – Oversee customer service, follow-ups, and escalations.
Scheduling & Logistics – Manage technician schedules and optimize daily service routes.
Sales Support – Assist with lead tracking, conversions, and upselling strategies.
Performance Oversight & Coaching – Monitor staff performance, provide training, and implement quality control.
Technology & AI Integration – Implement automation tools for scheduling, marketing, and operations.
Reporting & Metrics Tracking – Track KPIs, analyze data, and drive business improvements.
Compensation:
$65,000 PH (90-Day Probation) ? $70,000 PH after probation
Performance Bonus: Up to $14,000 PH monthly based on KPIs (Eligible after 120 days).
