Oasis Reviewer

We are looking for a dynamic, detail oriented, organized RN with experience with Home Health OASIS, face to face, and Plan of Care review, as well as experience with the Welsky/Kinnser EMR platform or Homecare Home Base.

Duties will include:
Conducting thorough assessments of patient medical records and OASIS documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Identifying discrepancies or inconsistencies in documentation and collaborating with healthcare providers to address and rectify issues.
• Providing guidance and education to clinical staff on proper OASIS documentation practices and regulatory guidelines.
• Participating in quality assurance initiatives and audits to ensure adherence to organizational standards and regulatory requirements.
• Staying current with changes in regulatory requirements and industry best practices related to OASIS documentation and reimbursement guidelines.
• Home Health Face to Face and completed Plan of Care reviews with feedback provided to clinical team for corrections.
