Omni therapy is a leading healthcare organization dedicated to providing high-quality care to our patients. We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced OASIS Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the accuracy and completeness of healthcare notes for our home health partners, making you an essential part of our team. Position Overview:
As an OASIS Quality Assurance Specialist, you will play a critical role in maintaining the highest standards of patient assessment data in our organization. You will be responsible for reviewing and assessing OASIS documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
• Review OASIS assessments and documentation for accuracy and completeness.
• Verify that assessments are compliant with CMS regulations and agency policies.
• Identify and report discrepancies or issues in the OASIS documentation.
• Collaborate with clinical staff to provide feedback and ensure data accuracy.
• Assist in the development of strategies for OASIS data quality improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with changes in OASIS guidelines and regulations.
• Collaborating with home health partners and therapist to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of notes.

Qualifications:
• 3+ year of healthcare experience with Oasis: Candidates must demonstrate hands-on experience working with Oasis in the healthcare field.
• 2+ year of experience with Quality Assurance (QA) of healthcare notes: We are looking for individuals who have a proven track record in assuring the quality of healthcare notes.
• Prior experience with international healthcare companies: Experience in a global healthcare setting is a significant advantage.
• Prior experience working during unconventional hours is a big plus for this role.
• Knowledge of CMS guidelines and regulations related to OASIS is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Certification in OASIS (COQS or COS-C) is a plus.
• Candidates should have a deep understanding of clinical records and be able to spot inaccuracies and omissions.
• Ability to provide constructive feedback and recommendations for improving healthcare notes.
• Candidates should exhibit leadership qualities and be able to take charge when necessary.
• Looking out for creative and innovative individuals who can bring fresh perspectives to the team.
• Knowledge for various EMR's is a plus. (Devero, Axxess, Kinnser)
• Must be available to work full-time hours: Mon – Fri, 9am – 5:30pm Pacific Standard Time.
