What You'll Do
As a Notion + Automation Expert, you'll play a key role in streamlining workflows and enhancing collaboration by:
-Designing and optimizing Notion workspaces for project management and team collaboration
-Automating workflows using tools like Zapier, Make (formerly Integromat), and the Notion API
-Creating customized dashboards, databases, and templates in Notion
-Developing seamless integrations between Notion and other tools like Google Workspace, Slack, Airtable, and Asana
-Troubleshooting and maintaining Notion setups and automation processes
-Providing documentation and training to ensure team adoption
-Identifying inefficiencies and proposing innovative workflow solutions

Who You Are
To excel in this role, you should have:
-Proven experience setting up and managing Notion workspaces (A MUST!)
-Knowledge in automation tools (Zapier, Make, Notion API, etc.)
-Experience integrating Notion with other business platforms
-Ability to analyze workflows and implement automation solutions
-Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
-Strong communication and collaboration abilities

Technical Requirements
-Reliable high-speed internet (20+ Mbps)
-A modern computer capable of handling automation tasks
-Access to relevant automation and Notion tools
-A quiet, distraction-free workspace
