Ensuring that consumers are satisfied with products or services by handling complaints and inquiries
Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
Working with a team of CSRs to find appropriate solutions to problems
Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
Upholds customer confidentiality, especially regarding financial matters and identity.
Processes customer refunds, shipments, and account adjustments.
