About the Role:
We are looking for a talented Non-Fiction Ghostwriter to take full-length AI-generated manuscripts and transform them into engaging, high-quality books. Your job will be to humanize AI-generated content, refine the writing, improve flow and structure, and ensure the book is compelling and informative for readers. You do not need to be an expert on the book topics, but you must be able to conduct research to add depth, accuracy, and engaging content to enhance the book’s value.

This role may also include humanizing AI-generated blog content, allowing you to refine and enhance articles for a broader audience. If you have a passion for writing, a strong editorial eye, and the ability to craft engaging non-fiction, this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities:
- Take AI-generated book manuscripts and rewrite, refine, and humanize the content to make it engaging, natural, and high-quality.
- Ensure clarity, logical flow, and cohesive structure throughout the book.
- Conduct research to add depth, accuracy, and detail to content where needed.
- Fact-check and enhance content to improve credibility and overall usefulness.
- Adapt tone, style, and language to suit the book’s target audience.
- Identify and improve vague or generic content by adding meaningful details, real-world examples, and engaging explanations.
- Eliminate repetitive or redundant content and improve overall readability.
- Perform plagiarism checks and ensure content originality.
- Collaborate with the publishing team to meet deadlines and ensure consistency across projects.

What We’re Looking For:
- Mastery of the English language.
- Exceptional writing and editing skills with experience in non-fiction.
- Ability to turn AI-generated content into compelling, well-structured books.
- Strong understanding of storytelling, structure, and reader engagement in non-fiction writing.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently while meeting deadlines.
- Experience in ghostwriting, content writing, or book editing is a plus.
- Ability to spot vague or weak content and enhance it by adding research-backed detail, depth, and clarity.
- Willingness and ability to research unfamiliar topics to enhance book content.
- Familiarity with AI-generated text or a willingness to learn how to work with it effectively.
