JOB OVERVIEW

Nitori, a leading home goods brand in Japan, is looking for a Content and Design Staff to join our marketing team on a part-time remote basis. You will play a key role in creating engaging content and maintaining our brand image, including writing blog posts, designing visuals, and editing video content for our various marketing channels.

Main Responsibilities:
Blog Writing: Create and edit blog posts about home goods, interior design trends, and practical tips for home decoration.
Website Content Management: Update and optimize website content to ensure product information is accurate and engaging.
Graphic Design: Design banners, product images, and other marketing materials.
Video Editing: Shoot and edit product videos, brand introduction videos, tutorials, and promotional content for online platforms (YouTube, social media).
Content Strategy: Propose topics and develop content strategies to enhance Nitori’s marketing efforts.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, sales, and design teams to create cohesive and effective campaigns.
Requirements:
Experience: At least 1 year of experience in content writing, graphic design, or video editing. Experience in the home goods or marketing industry is a plus.
Writing Skills: Proficient in Japanese (both written and spoken), with the ability to create clear, creative, and engaging content.
Design Skills: Proficient with design tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar software.
Video Editing Skills: Familiar with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or online video editing tools.
Creative Thinking: Strong ability to come up with unique and relevant content ideas.
Independent Work Style: Ability to work efficiently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
Communication Skills: Strong communication skills, able to work with the team via email, chat, or video calls.
