Nightly Vacation Rental Booking Phone Agent

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Nightly Vacation Rental Booking Phone Agent to join our team. This role involves taking inbound calls from potential guests, as well as performing social media outreach to attract new prospects interested in renting our vacation properties. The ideal candidate will have a background in hospitality and vacation rental sales, combined with proficiency in social media outreach.

Key Responsibilities:
Inbound Calls: Handle incoming inquiries from prospective guests, providing information on available rentals, rates, and amenities.
Booking Management: Assist callers with booking reservations, ensuring all details are accurately captured in our reservation system.
Social Media Outreach: Utilize social media platforms to generate new leads and engage with potential guests.
Customer Engagement: Build and maintain positive relationships with guests, offering personalized recommendations to enhance their stay.
Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up communications with prospects and previous guests to encourage repeat bookings.
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of all interactions and bookings in our CRM system.

Requirements:
Experience: Proven experience in hospitality and vacation rental sales, with a strong understanding of the vacation rental market.
Social Media Skills: Proficiency in using social media for outreach and lead generation.
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
