We’re on the lookout for a skilled, motivated individual in the Philippines to join us as a Night Shift Sales and Customer Support Representative. As employee number three, you’ll play a critical role in shaping our company and have ample opportunities for growth as we continue to expand.

Role Overview

As a Sales and Customer Support Representative, you’ll handle both inbound and outbound customer interactions, including live chat, phone calls, and emails. Your focus will be assisting customers with inquiries about solar and off-grid products, providing top-notch support, and ensuring each customer has a positive, seamless experience.

Responsibilities

Sales and Customer Support:

Engage with customers via live chat, phone, and email to handle product inquiries and provide solutions.
Proactively assist customers in choosing the best off-grid and solar products based on their needs.
Deliver exceptional customer service, aiming to resolve issues quickly and exceed expectations.

-Tidio (Live Chat)
-Gmail (Emails)
-OpenPhone (Phone and Texts)
-Shopify (E-commerce Platform)
-Trello (CRM and Lead Management)

Requirements

Skills and Experience:

-Fluent in English: Clear, professional, and friendly written and spoken communication skills.
-Sales and Support Experience: Prior experience in sales or customer support is highly preferred.
-Solar Product Knowledge: Experience or familiarity with the solar industry or off-grid products is a big plus.
-Tech Savvy: Comfortable with tools like Trello, Google Sheets, and Shopify.

Availability and Attributes:

-Hours: Available to work night shifts from 9 AM - 5 PM EST (U.S. time).
-Organized and Efficient: Ability to juggle multiple tasks, prioritize, and stay organized.
-Customer-First Mindset: A natural problem-solver with a passion for delivering a great customer experience.
