JOB OVERVIEW

As a content manager, you will lead our team in creating, editing, and publishing high-quality content across our website, ensuring all material aligns with company standards for accuracy, relevance, and style. You will optimize content for search engines to enhance organic traffic and engagement, leveraging your expertise to drive interest and elevate our digital marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
-Develop, edit, and update content.
-Manage and update the content calendar.
-Oversee the publication of blogs, articles, and web content.
-Ensure consistency and alignment with the company’s voice, editorial standards, and formatting guidelines.
-Ensure all published content meets the company’s standards for journalistic integrity and production quality.
-Review and refine copies for accuracy, grammar, and punctuation.

Qualifications And Skills:
-Degree in Journalism or a related field or equivalent work-related experience
-Prior experience as a content manager
-Minimum 2 to 3 years experience in content writing
-Exceptional oral and written communication skills
-Expertise in writing stories for the web and other digital platforms
-Highly motivated, with the ability to work independently as part of a collaborative team
-Ability to prioritize assignments, manage deadlines, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
-Proficiency in content management systems (CMS), specifically WordPress
-Knowledge of SEO tools, such as Semrush and Ahrefs
-In-depth understanding of SEO principles and techniques to enhance content visibility and performance

Basic Requirements:
-Device Specifications: Intel i5 processor or higher with a minimum of 8GB RAM
-Equipment: Webcam, speakers, and a microphone or headphones
-Internet Speed: Minimum of 100Mbps with a backup connection for outages

Work Details:
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM Pacific Standard Time | Tuesday to Saturday, 12 AM to 8 AM Manila Time
Location: Anywhere in the Philippines
