Next JS + Typescript + React

I need help creating a project. The project has already a base, we just need help fixing errors, and implementing new features. We can pay via bank transfer or crypto. Looking for someone with experience and willing to do a good job. We would like to have someone for the future, with increasing salary. If you do your job well, you can have more free hours / more salary. We need performance, not hours.
