Newsletter Partnerships & Social Media Manager

Investogy is a weekly newsletter that chronicles the real-life performance of a real-money portfolio—one that has grown to €60k. We deliver clear, engaging market analysis and insights on portfolio gains, losses, and the latest market news. Our content is designed for retail investors who are knowledgeable yet not full-time professionals, bridging the gap between complex market data and everyday investment decisions.

We’re on the hunt for exceptional Virtual Assistant to handle two key areas: forming strategic, link-for-link partnerships with fellow creators and managing our Twitter presence. In this role, you'll work closely with content creators and newsletter authors to secure mutual promotions that drive measurable growth. You'll also manage our daily Twitter activity, crafting posts with a tone similar to Brew Markets to engage and inform our audience.

Your 2 Key Responsibilities:

First, Newsletter Partnership Development (60%)
* Identify & Engage: Research and reach out to content creators and newsletter publishers whose audiences align with Investogy’s focus.
* Establish Partnerships: Negotiate and secure link-for-link promotions and other collaborative opportunities.
* Maintain Relationships: Keep open lines of communication with partners to ensure ongoing, mutually beneficial promotions.
* Meet Weekly KPIs: Achieve defined weekly targets for new partnerships and successful cross-promotions.

Second, Twitter Posting (40%)
* Content Creation: Develop and schedule engaging Twitter posts that reflect our voice and resonate with our audience.
* Tone & Style: Write in a tone similar to Brew Markets—witty, concise, and insightful—to spark conversations and drive engagement.
* Performance Analysis: Track engagement metrics and adjust posting strategies to consistently meet or exceed performance targets.
* Meet Weekly KPIs: Achieve defined weekly targets for our social media related work.
