JOB OVERVIEW

Do you have experience in generating new leads? We are in the healthcare/fitness industry, and one of our goals is to expand Rev6 both locally and internationally. We aim to establish partnerships with athletes, trainers, fitness gyms, senior care communities, healthcare-related brands, and other businesses that could benefit from Rev6 exercises.

Rev6 is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development and Leads Manager to join our team. This individual will be responsible for managing and nurturing business and individual leads, building strategic partnerships, and supporting our mission to expand Rev6’s global reach. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a passion for fitness and wellness, and experience in business development or sales, particularly within the healthcare and fitness industries.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead Management:
Proactively reach out to individual leads via social media platforms, Skool community, and email.
Follow up with potential clients and patients to convert leads into active participants.
Maintain and update the leads database, tracking communication and progress.

Business Development:
Identify and reach out to potential business partners, including fitness gyms, wellness brands, and athletes.
Establish and cultivate partnerships to promote Rev6 services and programs.
Negotiate partnership agreements and collaborations that align with Rev6’s goals.

Global Expansion Initiatives:
Develop strategies to expand Rev6’s presence in international markets.
Identify opportunities for growth through partnerships, sponsorships, and collaborations.

Administrative Support:
Assist with administrative tasks related to business development projects, such as workshops, events, and special initiatives.
Coordinate communication and logistics for business development activities.

Reporting:
Provide regular updates and reports on lead management, partnership development, and business growth initiatives.
Track performance metrics and suggest improvements for business development strategies.

Qualifications:
Proven experience in business development, sales, or lead management.
Background or experience working in healthcare, wellness, or fitness industries.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Familiarity with social media platforms and email marketing.
Passion for fitness and/or wellness
Experience in partnership development with fitness gyms, brands, or athletes is a plus.
