As a customer service agent, you will work under the customer service coordinator guidance. The customer service agent plays a vital role in all aspects of the business including helping customers with tracking inquiries, return & refund request and modify/cancel orders in accordance to our policies. When you apply, include the word blue and tell us about your previous customer service experience.
Our current ticket volume is low, work could be finished within 1-2 hours per day.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Respond To Customer Service
- Locate & Track Packages When Necessary
- Make Changes To Orders - Per Customer Request
- Other Assigned Customer Service Duties
REQUIREMENTS:
- Fluent or Native In The English Language
- Proven Working Experience As a Customer Service Agent
- Respond to All Customers Inquiries Quickly & Accurately (within 2 business days, 1 preferably)
- Excellent Communication & Interpersonal Skills
- Experience Using Zendesk, Shopify & Google Spreadsheets
