JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated NDIS Specialist to assist Australian businesses in effectively processing NDIS claims. This remote role requires a profound understanding of the NDIS framework and a strong commitment to delivering seamless support to individuals with disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

NDIS Claim Management: Guide businesses through the NDIS claim process, ensuring all parties understand and adhere to the necessary steps.
Compliance: Ensure strict compliance with NDIS regulations, maintaining high standards of practice.
Client Account Management: Manage and maintain multiple client accounts, ensuring accuracy and prompt service.
Problem Resolution: Proactively address and resolve any NDIS processing issues, ensuring minimal disruption to services.

Required Skills:

NDIS Expertise: Profound knowledge of the NDIS system and guidelines.
Claims Processing Experience: Proven experience in NDIS claims processing, demonstrating the ability to handle complex cases.
Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and accounts efficiently.
Technical Proficiency: High proficiency in using digital tools and navigating the NDIS portal effectively.

Qualifications:

Professional Experience: Significant experience in a similar role within the NDIS framework.
Educational Background: Relevant qualifications in social work, disability support, or related fields are highly advantageous.
