Apex Solutions is seeking a top-performing agency to fill 5 remote seats with confident, aggressive dialers who can generate high-converting incalls and help us close deals fast. This isn’t your average gig — this is high-volume, high-performance debt collections. We hustle hard, and we expect your team to match our intensity.

???? Schedule:

Monday to Friday
7:00 AM – 3:30 PM PST
100% Remote
???? Pay Structure:

$3/hour per agent for the first 45 days
After 45 days, raises offered to agents who prove their worth and consistently meet performance standards
Paid weekly
Performance-based growth opportunities
? What We’re Looking For:

This must be an agency with a proven track record and room to expand with us
Ability to fill and manage 5 consistent seats
Agents who create urgency, build pressure, and generate incalls that convert to closed deals
Quota-driven — your team must be able to meet or exceed daily/weekly call and deal quotas
Solid English fluency, strong voice, and fearless tone
Must be comfortable with manual dialing, *70 systems, and high call volume
???? Monitoring & Reporting Required:

Daily shift activity reports
Live video monitoring required during shifts
Regular work screenshots must be provided to verify active work and accountability
???? Your Team Must Be Able To:

Make 250–300 manual calls/day per agent
Create valid incalls that flow into our closer team
Handle objections with confidence and assertiveness
Follow scripts, cadence, and training provided
Communicate effectively with our team and stay accountable
