Key Responsibilities:
— Oversee and optimize operational processes & systems, in support of the goals
and objectives of the information marketing division.
— Manage a team of project managers, and other operation & fulfillment-based
roles, providing leadership, training, and support to ensure high levels of
performance and job satisfaction.
— Collaborate with senior management to implement strategic planning and
goal-setting (OKR’s & KPI’s).
— Monitor and analyze operational performance and ensure key results are being
achieved across departments & that leadership/key stakeholders have clear
visibility on them at all times
— Implement improvements as necessary to increase client retention & satisfaction
and increase internal team performance and productivity.
— Ensure scope of work are being enforced as per client agreement
— Ensure a smooth flow of operations across various departments including creative,
media buying, copywriting, and dev teams.
— Ensure full adoption of all systems and processes by all teams
— Coordinate with the finance department to budget and monitor operational
expenditures.
— Develop & optimize systems to accurately track client performance
— Develop & optimize systems to accurately track team capacity for fulfillment
— Implement quality assurance processes to enhance service delivery with the
target of maintaining a sub 10% churn rate
— Foster a culture of innovation and efficiency within the operations team.
— Ensure all new client’s meeting onboarding timelines
— Develop and oversee new client 2-week, 30, 60, and 90 day deliverables
— Oversee and coordinate resources for support pod ticket system to achieve the
