Position Title: SALES MANAGER

Bienvenido Insurance, a dynamic, family-owned agency, is hiring a meticulous virtual assistant with strong phone skills to join our rapidly expanding team. We're not looking for an average VA; we want an exceptional individual with leadership qualities.

Overview:

As a crucial member of our team, you'll need excellent English grammar and a commitment to a full-time role during U.S. central time working hours. Immerse yourself in a 30-day training period with potential for growth based on performance.

Responsibilities:

*Quote Management: Handle policy quotes across multiple platforms, complete and submit forms for various carriers
(including using Turborater for auto policies), and process approximately 15 personal/commercial line quotes daily.

*CRM Management: Maintain the CRM with meticulous attention to detail, upload policies using RingCentral, enter new
policies and quotes into NPQ CRM, and send timely text messages to clients about payments due or policy cancellations.

*Quality Control: Ensure accuracy and efficiency in all tasks, including data entry and quote generation. Conduct quality
checks on completed work to maintain high standards.

*Team Support: Listen to agent calls to identify areas for improvement and offer coaching to agent assistants. Play a vital role
in helping the team achieve its goals.

*Adaptability: Embrace a willingness to learn and implement new platforms and programs for streamlined operations.
