NDIS Virtual/Administrative Assistant (Part Time Or Full-Time)
I’m looking for a highly organized and reliable Virtual/Administrative Assistant to support my NDIS business. This role requires 20–40 hours per week, with a set schedule of in Australian Time, covering hours my current assistant cannot work.
The ideal candidate has NDIS administration experience and is proficient in tools like ShiftCare. You should be comfortable with client-facing tasks, general administrative work, and social media management. While training will be provided on our specific tools and processes, prior experience in an NDIS-related role is essential.
Key Responsibilities
NDIS-Specific Tasks
Manage client schedules and shift rosters using ShiftCare
Maintain and update NDIS documentation and compliance records
Conduct onboarding calls with new clients and send out service agreements
Respond to client inquiries and gather feedback to enhance client satisfaction
Time Sheets
Rostering Coordination
Payroll and Bookkeeping ( Not mandatory) but bonus skill
Administrative Support
Manage and organize
Create and distribute flyers, newsletters, and client-facing documents
Schedule and manage calendars, appointments, and reminders
Assist with onboarding processes for new clients or participants
Prepare and maintain spreadsheets for tracking key data and deadlines
Handle invoicing, payment follow-ups, and basic bookkeeping (if required)
Social Media & Content Management
Post and schedule social media content to improve engagement
Use Canva, CapCut, or similar tools to edit images and videos
Maintain a content calendar and organize content for posting
Client & Customer Relations
Respond to customer inquiries using pre-set
Conduct follow-ups with clients to gather feedback and ensure satisfaction
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client databases
Additional Tasks
Provide general administrative assistance as needed
Research tools and strategies to improve business operations
Support ad hoc projects and tasks
Requirements
Experience working with NDIS providers, systems, and tools like ShiftCare
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
Familiarity with social media platforms and engagement strategies
Ability to work independently, follow instructions, and meet deadlines
Reliable smartphone and laptop with a stable internet connection
Prior experience in a Virtual/Administrative Assistant role is essential

Compensation
PHP 45,000–50,000 per month, based on experience and performance
Paid fortnightly, based on hours worked
