JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive NDIS Specialist Virtual Assistant who is ready to grow with our businesses. This role demands deep knowledge of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) and the ability to work independently to manage administrative tasks, coordinate schedules, and support various projects.

You will work in collaboration with our Team Leader Platform, working toward streamlining their operations, with a focus on compliance within the NDIS framework.

Key Responsibilities
Document Management: Prepare and edit critical documents, including NDIS Service Agreements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
Reporting and Compliance: Regularly generate detailed reports to monitor team performance against compliance requirements. Actively ensure all team activities align with regulatory obligations.
Financial Oversight: Manage and oversee budgets. Create and maintain financial spreadsheets, and accurately prepare invoices to ensure financial transparency and efficiency.
Confidentiality and Support: Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality. Provide robust support to the Team Leader, assisting in daily tasks and strategic initiatives.
Technology Proficiency: Utilize advanced software tools, including Otter.ai for transcription, Gmail for communication, Google Sheets for data management, and Canva for graphic design, to enhance workflow efficiency and productivity.

Work Hours
Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.
Flexibility in work hours due to time zone fluctuations.

Wage Information
Competitive salary in AUD per week, including bank fees.
Weekly payments made via Wise.

Requirements
High-speed internet connection and a workstation with a headset.
Available for regular Google Meet sessions with short notice.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, with a focus on NDIS tasks.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, punctuality, and the ability to efficiently meet deadlines.
Exceptional attention to detail and the capability to work independently.
